So I was planning on moving out because of my room mate but then my landlords had a talk with me and told me they're kicking him out. He wasn't too happy when he found out, he's still begging them to let him stay. If he stays, I go.

yeah good for him. he's definitely not staying.
If he is desperate enough to beg then I would be looking for new places so you have your options open. Good for standing up for yourself!
